ABOUT KARIN "KAELHO" HOFFMAN
Karin E. Hoffman - "Kaelho" - is a self-taught artist from the Pacific NW. She is a wife and mother of two little ones. Her main medium is acrylics on canvas.
"It's in my blood," she says. "My maternal grandmother and uncle were both artists; my paternal great-uncles were clock makers... I got the creativity genes!"
"As a child, I often would would draw on car rides until I was carsick and miss watching my television shows because I was drawing while they were on! Through college I drew and doodled all throughout my classes - don't tell my professors!"

Karin's current "studio" is her bathroom... it's the only place she can manage her two young children and still get some paint on canvas. Her unique style is a pop-realism that incorporates tradtional realistic painting with a neo-pop twist!
"You can only truly paint what makes you happy. The bolder, the better!"
She is currently booked her original artwork for displays through 2018 and the commission list is CLOSED until after July (see Contact page for commission inquiries).
